HOW I MANAGED TO LOOSE 31 KILOS IN 4 MONTHS?

My weight peaked at 121 kg  due to a lack of restraint in what I ate, and how much I drank, etc. Coupled with severe knee problems (arthritic degeneration), exercise and physical activity was not an option to reduce my weight. Diabetes, hypertension, etc. were fast becoming a looming reality and I had to undergo for Bariatric surgery. Diet after bariatric surgery consists of a period of 4 months alcohol-free and a dietary overhaul revealed a massive improvement in my body mass. Swimming, cycling, and the gym see me at 89 kg presently.The rate of loss is slowing and I am having to work far harder for further weight loss. Most importantly, I rarely need potent painkillers to manage the pain from aching joints and my mobility has improved out of sight. The improvement in my health, both physically and emotionally has been dramatic. I would encourage others to consider this procedure, based on my personal experience over the last seven months.
