HR training and improvement program conducted by Vedic Swami Sivaramakrishnan at Silverline Hospital

Silverline Hospital as its part of continued training and improvement for the staff and Doctors did HR training on Self consciousness and realization. The training was done by the renowned and the Vedic Swami Sivaramakrishnan.  He is from Amrita Peedam and has been involved in all HR, training and development procedures of Amrita Hospital Kochi and Amrita Peedam, Vallikavu.

The training was a new experience to all the staff because Swami literally through his extraordinary knowledge and sense of humor enthralled the crowd. The sheer awareness of self comprehension and the intellectual capacity was passed over in a scientific and practical manner. Swami mentioned the importance of “Pranayama” and the yogic significance in the working people. The stress and the strain of the working class requires neutrality or a detachment through Yoga and its exercise, this was well explained by swami through his experience and expertise.
